The Grouchy Bear Foundation needs your help. There is not a better feeling than to help a child that has cancer. Grouchy started out with Riley Children's Hospital of Indianapolis. Because of peoples generosity we have been able to expand to six more hospitals. Below is a list of our hospitals that we supply. 

    We have several needs for the foundation. First, it cost money to supply bears to hospitals. We use Gund Bears for our Grouchy's. The cost for each bear is $35.00. That cost includes shipping. Gund has been gracious enough to direct ship to our hospitals. For that we are very thankful. But we need to have a constant income to keep our hospitals supplied. We have no persons on a payroll. All of our board members are volunteers. The Grouchy Bear Foundation is a 501 C 3 organization. That means that every donation is 100% tax-deductible. We like to tell people that for $35.00 you can positively affect a child with cancer. How many things can you give to, that can say that. No one gets paid! Our overhead is included in that $35.00. We have a video that we made for each hospital in which Kenny personally explains what their Grouchy is for and how it helped him. That was donated. We have brochures that explain our mission, and that was also donated. But we need your help with the Grouchy's. We want to give you the opportunity to warm your hearts by giving to The Grouchy Bear Foundation. 

    We also have an opportunity to have a custom Grouchy manufactured by The Gund Company. We need to have $50,000.00 to have this done. That will get us approximately 5,000 Grouchy's. That is less than what we pay now. The reason it is so much is Gund needs to produce them in bulk. They will have an entire factory making them. The benefit is that we will have a Grouchy that will be like no other bear, and only available through The Grouchy Bear Foundation.
